Frustrated with continuously explaining that underwater hockey is played on the bottom of the pool, and not with skates, Matt was always looking for more ways to promote the sport and his home club.  Matt made a few T-shirts and bam, people started coming up to him asking what the sport was and how they could get involved.  Matt took a step back and thought how we could help others from other clubs. Then UWHshirts.com was born.

Matt was raised in Ottawa, Canada and has been playing underwater hockey for the last five years. Attending tournaments all across Canada and the United States playing with the Canadian National Development Team in the push to make the national team for Hungary 2013.

Matt plays underwater hockey three to four times per week out of the Ottawa Gatineau UWH club and Cornwall UWH club.
