What forms of payment to you accept?

The checkout process is driven by PayPal merchant technology. Along with providing industry leading security, this means that you can use any major credit card directly in our secure checkout. If you already have a PayPal account, you can also make a payment directly through PayPal.

And fear not - we never see, store, save or share your credit card information.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow 7-14 days for shipping to north america, and 7-20 business days for international shipments.  If you don’t receive your order within these timelines - shoot us an email at info@UWHshirts.com .

What languages can you support on the website?

At the moment our website only works in English. We have set up Google Translate to assist with other languages since we see traffic from non-english speaking countries. We do suggest that you create shirts in other languages that will help get the word out in your home town. 

You do not have a phone number?

No we do not have a number you can call. We decided it would be better to offer amazing support via email and passing on the savings (toll free numbers etc) through the store for you. However, If you want us to call you, just ask!

Do you really play Underwater Hockey?

YES! Not sure we could come up with the designs if we didn't, our home club is in Ottawa, Canada. And play in most tournaments in eastern Canada. 

How much do you love UWH?

If Liam Watson, Scott Maddox, Sophia Tapper, and Benson Taylor had a baby together ......
